Male puppy urinating clear fluid?

I have a 4 week old westie, he is leaving clear liquid all over my kitchen. I do not know what to do about it.

He will do it right after he goes out side. It is a large amount. Do you know what this is and should I be worried?

At 4 weeks old your puppy doesn't have the bladder control to be urinating in a specific place. He goes when he needs to, whether he's been outside or not.

If he's drinking lots of water, his urine could be almost perfectly clear, and I'm pretty sure this is what's happening.

This little guy needs to be with his momma for another month or so, and then once he is ready for a new home you can begin potty train him.

If he seems unwell in any way, or you are certain he's not just urinating, or feel he's urinating excessively (and bear in mind an 8 week old pup will need to 'go' every 30 mins to an hour during the day), then have him examined by your vet.
