My 8 month old pitbull puppy has a mass on her nipple, she has been in heat once and no way that she is pregnant.

This is something that you need to talk to your veterinarian about and I strongly recommend that you take your pup for a check up.

At her age chances are good that this is a benign lump/cyst, possibly a blockage in the nipple or something like that. Cancer is unlikely.

BUT, it's something you definitely need to have evaluated by your own veterinarian so that you get an accurate, professional diagnosis.
