milk on a dog

My dog had 8 puppies and we have lost 3 and almost a fourth one.

she doesn't have milk? what can i do? and why doesn't she have milk?

I'm sorry to hear about what's happening with your puppies, that's heartbreaking.

I'm afraid I can't tell you why your dog doesn't have any milk (you'd need to talk to your veterinarian about that), but I can give you the tips and advice you need to take care of the puppies that you still have.

I'd also suggest that you call your vet and let him/her know what's going on. You may need their help or advice.
