Mini American Eskimo Keeps Acting Like He Needs to Vom

our mini-eski keeps sneezing a lot and acting like he needs to throw up. He is about 8 months old and less than two weeks ago was fixed. He is eating normally and drinking normally as well.

He sneezes a lot lately and his nose seems runny. When he acts like he is going to throw up, he just breathes weird and his head shakes up and down like he's getting ready to vomit. He has only thrown up once, and that was today when he threw up some of his dog food.

I'm afraid the only way to find out what's going on with your pup is to have him examined by your veterinarian.

The symptoms you mention could indicate all sorts of different conditions, perhaps an upper respiratory infection, or a problem with his esophagus..... there are many possibilities.

Your vet should be able to make a diagnosis and prescribe any treatment that may be necessary. Best of luck, hope your pup is doing much better soon
