my dog was playing then suddenly dropped down to floor and looked up with head trembling and legs weak..... almost seizure like?

I'd recommend that you have to puppy evaluated by a veterinarian right away so that you can make sure there aren't any underlying health issues.

I'm afraid I'm not a veterinarian so there's no way that I can tell for sure what caused your puppy to act that way. There are several possibilities but only a vet can make an accurate diagnosis.

A heart or circulatory problem, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, anemia, heatstroke... the number of possible causes include minor and major problems. If you dog is normally happy, healthy and active, chances are this isn't anything serious or that you need to be overly concerned, but it does definitely need a professional veterinary evaluation.
