twice my pup has had spot in her blood in her urine

she also keeps crouching and doing little dribbles of wee, but sometimes urine don't come out of her when she crouching to wee.

What you describe are classic signs of a urinary tract infection. These are pretty common in puppies, and often seen more in female pups than in males.

You need to get your puppy to your veterinarian as she most likely needs a specific antibiotic to clear up the infection. This is very uncomfortable for her and definitely interferes with potty training and normal daily routine.

Left untreated it can become a serious problem, as the infection may travel to her kidneys or elsewhere and that means trouble. Please get her to your vet asap so that she can get the treatment she needs to make a full, and fast, recovery.
