My 2 month old staffy cross puppy hasn't had anything to eat since saturday night.

On the sunday night he started dry reathing like coughing up a hair ball but all he would bring up is a ball of saliva (white colour).

He is still active and wags his tail and plays, he has lost some weight around his belly and hips due to not eating for a couple of days, he also has had sips of water.

Hi Jessica
You really need to get your pup to a veterinarian for an exam, not eating for 3 days means something is wrong for sure.

It's good that he's still active, and that he can keep down small amounts of water, but he can't survive on that indefinitely.

There are all sorts of reasons that puppies lose their appetites, from one of the many dog illnesses they are at risk of catching, to parasitic conditions caused by a number of puppy worms, to eating stuff they shouldn't and much more.

Only a vet can make an accurate diagnosis and it's important that you find out what's wrong quickly.

I wish I could help more, but this is one that needs professional evaluation. Best of luck, hope he's doing much better soon.
