My 3 week old chihuahua puppy has swollen gums

My 3 week old chihuahua puppy has swollen gums and has a lump on each side of his neck.

What can I give him or do to make the swelling go down?

It sounds as though your pup has an infection of some sort in his gums, and he swellings on his neck are probably enlarged lymph nodes in reaction the the infection.

He needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away as he most likely needs antibiotic treatment. Infection won't heal itself and there's nothing you can do for him without a vets help I'm afraid.
