My 3 week puppy cries a lot.

my 3 week chihuahua puppy is crying and i noticed 1 eye is closed and won't open anymore.

Can I put something in it? Maybe it got scratched.

What should I do?

This puppy needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. If she's crying then she's probably in pain, at the very least she's uncomfortable.

And if her eye is closed then there's most likely an infection going on. This could be caused by something getting into her eye, an injury to her eye or some other type of infection that has spread there.

If it's not treated then it could lead to a more serious infection which spreads to other areas of the body, or to a loss of vision and more.

There is nothing that you can do to help her yourself, she needs to be examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible so that a diagnosis can be made and the right treatment given.
