my 4 month old puppy pitbull is sick.

My puppy is coughing & sneezing. There is a occasional runny nose & constant cold coming out her eyes. Her eyes are also red. She wheezes and has a swollen gland in her neck (right).

What could it be and what can I do if I have limited money?

I'm afraid it's impossible for me to say for sure what's wrong with your puppy as I'm not a veterinarian, and even if I was making a diagnosis online can be very hit-or-miss.

I can say that this puppy needs to see a vet though! If she's up to date on all her puppy shots, then hopefully it isn't one of the more deadly-serious dog illnesses that puppies can be vulnerable to.

However, runny nose, discharge, sneezing plus the swollen gland etc. all indicate infection of some sort. This won't get better by itself and for her sake I strongly advise that you have her examined by your vet right away, before it gets worse. This is also the best option financially as the sooner you get a condition diagnosed, the quicker and easier it is to treat.... and that makes it less expensive than waiting until it's turned serious.

If you don't treat this now, she could become very sick and she's relying on you to take care of her so please don't let her down. I wish you the best of luck and hope that this little girl makes a full recovery.
