my 6 week old pit bull back left leg twitching

When my 6 week old pit bull walks his back left leg starts to twitch and it seems to give out. This does not happen all the time.

At 6 weeks old, your puppy is still very much a baby, and this could just be part of him learning to control his limbs etc. Some pups can be very clumsy at first.

However, it's also possible that there's a neurological, spinal or nerve problem, so I'd strongly recommend that you have your pup checked out by your veterinarian.

I'm afraid I'm not a vet and can't give you any sort of diagnosis here, only your vet can do that. Chances are that this is something pretty simple, but it's always better to be safe than sorry and a hands-on veterinary exam is the best way to do that.
