She has gooey white discharge after she urinates and lumps under her tummy.

It sounds as though your pup may have an infection of some sort. I can only recommend that you have her examined by your vet as soon as you can.

Urinary tract infections can cause serious problems if left untreated, so get her a check up to be safe.
