my dog is pooping smelly blood!

I have a 4 month old puppy she is a chihuahua. About 3 days ago she stopped eatting and then she started throwing up now all of a sudden she started pooping blood its really smelly, I am really scared!

I took her to the vet that said she would get better but I think she's getting worse.

These sort of symptoms are almost guaranteed not to get better without treatment I'm afraid. There are a number of serious, contagious dog illnesses that cause diarrhea and vomiting, and they all need treatment.

Chihuahuas are tiny dogs and quite fragile, she will be dehydrated in no time and that alone is serious. Please get her back to your veterinarian right away and don't leave without a diagnosis and some treatment for your puppy. Without treatment it's possible that she could even die I'm afraid, so please don't wait.
