my dog needs help

My dog cookie, he's shaking and his poop is watery he gets up to use the bathroom but he seems like he can't.

I'm sorry, but it sounds as though your dog is really sick, and he needs a veterinarian right away.

These sort of symptoms suggest a canine illness/disease, such as Parvovirus, which can be fatal.

Please take Cookie to a vet right away, a 24 animal clinic if your regular vet is closed. The watery diarrhea will have caused him to become dehydrated, and the shivering could be due to shock. He needs veterinary help. If money is an issue, you could ask if the clinic will let you set up a payment plan for Cookies' expenses, some will.
