Just wanted to say I wish I had seen your comments before spending 145 dollars to hear the exact same thing. Seems my papillon is a bit of a baby. Dr could find nothing wrong except a slight red irritation in her mouth (like she bit her lip). I am so learning the expensive way, however websites like yours may save others! Thank you.
