my pit bull puppy seems sick

he won't eat his food he won't drink his water he is barely active and usually he is full of energy..he's just been lying around his stomach feels kind of hard.

This puppy needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. There are several different possible causes for his symptoms, and if he's not had all 3 sets of puppy shots he could have caught one of the common, contagious dog illnesses that puppies are susceptible to.

Of course it could also be that he's eaten something that doesn't agree with him, or if he's ingested inedible objects he could have an obstruction in his intestines or colon.

Either way, he needs to be seen by a vet so that you can find out for sure what's going on and get him any treatment he needs. So please, make him an appointment with your vet, or take him to a 24 hour emergency pet clinic right away.
