my pup has dry nose and is walking off balance

Puppy has ben off balance and won't drink water for two hours he also has a dry nose.

He's 4 weeks old and a min pin. Please help...

I'm afraid that there's no way that I can say for sure what's causing your pup's symptoms and you really need to have him examined by your own veterinarian as soon as you can.

Loss of balance could possibly be a sign of hypoglycemia (a drop in blood sugar levels) which is fairly common in small and tiny breeds. This can be counteracted in the short term by giving him a little Karo syrup or something similar to raise his blood sugar. But if it happens more than once then you need to discuss it with your vet.

There are obviously also a lot of other possible causes for his symptoms, some serious, some not. The only way to get an accurate diagnosis is to have your vet take a look at him, so I'd suggest making an appointment as soon as you can.
