My puppies who are 8 weeks old have swollen butts.

I have three puppies, who are 8 weeks old, have beee having swollen butt problems. They look like their butt is coming out.

I have broken them from their mother just this week. What is it and what do I do?

It could be that your pups are constipated and that it's dry/solid feces that are pushing against their anus' and causing this swelling.

You could try to give them a little cows milk mixed in with their food, also soak their puppy kibble in warm water to soften it and get some extra fluids into them.

If your pups are pooping normally though, and you don't think constipation is the problem, then they need to be seen by your vet to figure out exactly what's going on. The same applies if they ARE constipated and the above tips don't help. Either way they'll need a vet to help.
