my puppy has a knot under his eye

My puppy has a knot under his eyes and it keeps closing, when i wipe he has a blood discharge.

This is a situation that needs veterinary attention right away.

Your pup has an infection of some sort, and possibly an injury as well.

Left untreated this could spread causing serious issues, or could even damage his eyesight long term. It's not something you can treat yourself, so please get your puppy to your own veterinarian just as soon as you can.
