my puppy has a lump on her muzzle..

Why is that ? I was told that one of siblings bit her but now it's swollen...

It's perfectly possible that one of her siblings did bite her - this is pretty common and in big litters often the pups get a bunch of 'nips' from other puppies, and often end up with little scars (although they do eventually disappear).

However, if this 'bite' is swollen, then chances are it's become infected and I'd recommend having your vet take a look at it. She may need antibiotics to treat that infection.
