My 5 month old rottie pup has a runny nose also. You can hear the fluid in her nose popping when she breaths. Mostly happens in the evening time. She then rubs her nose with her paws. she seems stuffed up. Mainly very healthy otherwise.

Yea I have the same problem I think my puppy has a running nose because it was fine @ the pet store and everything I think from the house side air and bringing her into a new house new smells the puppy is a lil confused new smells and therfore the running nose and my puppy is active plays with me when I lay down she laydown she heatly and even looks heatly and eats and drinks and I have a puppy rotty to born on 7:15:10
