my puppy is acting strange

i have a 16 week old german sheperd, she was doing fine up until late last night since then she has been whining a lot, running around trying to hide in cupboards and curling up in a ball in the garden

what may be wrong with her?

I'm afraid it's impossible for me to say what's wrong with your pup, but clearly something is.

As she doesn't appear to be showing symptoms of dog illness such as diarrhea or vomiting, perhaps she has hurt or injured herself in some way.

Only a vet can make an accurate diagnosis and an injury you can't see, or an illness which isn't showing any obvious, recognizable symptoms can be dangerous and become more serious if left untreated.

Get your pup to a vet for an exam and then she will be able to get whatever treatment she needs to feel better. I wish you the best of luck and hope she's back to normal soon.
