my puppy is being sick and this foam is coming out?

My chihuahua puppy is 4 months old and had all of his injections, but twice this morning and last night he has been sick.

Last night food came up but this morning white foam stuff came up what is it?

It sounds as though your puppy is vomiting on an empty tummy, basically there's nothing in his tummy to vomit up except stomach acids.

If he's not able to keep water or food down, and his vomiting hasn't stopped you need to take him to a veterinarian pretty quickly.

Puppies can get dehydrated fairly easily, and small dogs can suffer from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) if they don't have frequent meals. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
