My puppy is having a problem.

My puppy is having a problem, he has puss around his private area and he is not really eating right either.

I have only had him for four days now but today he isn't acting the same. He has been eating fine up until today and now all of the sudden he is not eating well and he has this discharge.

What could this be?

Pus or discharge indicates an infection, and as your puppy is lethargic, has lost his appetite and seems unwell he needs to see a veterinarian as soon as possible.

It could be a urinary tract infection, and left untreated those can lead to kidney problems so he needs to be examined by a professional.
