My puppy is really sick

we got our puppy when she was 6 week old. gave her her shots when it was time. She was about 2 months old and our older dog bit her in the head. we took her to the vet. we had to force feed her. she ended up getting better.

she is now 6 months and the same symtoms are back but no signs of getting bit. she's vomiting,wont eat or drink, doesn't want to be touched she crys,she has no balance,it takes her a long time to get up, and then she'll stand in one place for 10 of 15 min

It's impossible to say what's causing her symptoms, but they sound pretty serious and she is in desperate need of some professional help.
