I have a 6 month old Siberian Husky, he wouldn't eat yesterday and today he's throwing up yellow foamy stuff. He won't touch his food or water but he's active. I'm really worried about him.
He did this about a month ago and we took him to the vet they gave him fluids and an x-ray and said he had a bunch of gas in his stomach. Last time he was lethargic and I think it's odd that he's as active as he is.
I was wondering if this might be the same thing. Thanks
Hi Rachel
It's possible that your pup is having a repeat of the same problem, but of course it could be totally unrelated. Only your veterinarian can make a diagnosis.
If he's not drinking he may well need fluids as pups get dehydrated very easily. He can do okay without food for 24 hours or so, but he NEEDS to drink.
I can really only recommend that you have him examined by your vet again just as soon as you can. Puppy vomiting can be caused by all sorts of things, but you need a professional evaluation at this point.
I wish I could help more, but I wish you the best of luck and hope that your pup is doing much better soon.
