My puppy's poop is very wet and is yellow

My puppy's poop is wet(with liquid) and is yellow and his anus has something red and it's like a small flesh, is he okay?

Puppy diarrhea can be caused by all sorts of things, but in young puppies who haven't had all their puppy shots it is always cause for concern as they are at risk of many serious diseases.

The red around his anus is probably due to the acid level of the diarrhea and straining. I can only recommend that you get him to a veterinarian quickly so that you can find out what's causing the problem. If he is sick, getting him veterinary help quickly is the best thing you can do for him, and could save his life.
