my puppy ate some popcorn and she is throwing up and is breathing funny?

It seems the popcorn didn't agree with her and if she didn't eat too much and has vomited it back up then she may be okay.

However, if she inhaled some perhaps that could account for the breathing changes you notice. If she isn't doing much better within a short space of time, get her to a veterinarian for an examination asap.
