new puppy seems that one eye has not opened all the way

my new puppy is 8 weeks old and has one eye that is not opened all the way,it looks kinda of cloudy and small. He is a Shar pei.

You need to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian just as soon as possible. At 8 weeks old your pup should have both eyes wide open. It sounds as though he may have an infection or some damage to that eye and only a vet can make an accurate diagnosis.
