why does my puppy that has parvo now have a swollen paw with a large blister on it?
Hi
Canine Parvovirus can affect lots of different parts of the body, and it lowers the immune system.
Secondary infections are very common, and this is probably what has happened to your pup. If he's not already on antibiotics he will need to be, so I strongly suggest that you have your vet check him out right away.
Parvo is very severe and it can take a long time for a pup to recover even with the best treatment, so the sooner you get him examined the better. I wish you the best of luck and hope he makes a full recovery.
