Pregnant pitbull retching

My pitbull is about 6 weeks pregnant and she seems to make these noise like she is puking. But nothing is actually coming out.

Is there anything wrong with her?

Sometimes a dog will vomit during pregnancy (possibly something similar to morning sickness in humans), however it's not something that happens regularly.

I would recommend that you have your dog examined by your own vet to make sure that there's nothing wrong - either related to the pregnancy or otherwise. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
