pup can't use back legs

You need to have this puppy checked out by your veterinarian, as it's not possible for me to tell what could be wrong this way.

Weak back legs could be due to spinal problems, hip problems, neurological issues, a birth defect, 'swimmer puppy' and other things.

If he's running a fever there is also likely an infection present. If he was using his back legs normally and suddenly can't walk, it's possible that it's a result of a tick bite. I'd check him for ticks, and remove any you fine.

However, your vet definitely needs to see him. Best of luck, hope he's doing much better soon.
