puppy can't breath through her nose

She almost sounds congested the way she breathes. We all had colds but I didn't think that a puppy could catch a human cold virus? she does have some mucus gathered at the corners of her nose.

Generally viruses don't transmit from one species to another, so it's more likely that this is a coincidence, rather than your pup catching your cold.

However, congestion and mucus do indicate an infection of some sort and I'd strongly recommend that you have her examined by your vet as soon as possible. She may need antibiotics, and it's always better to be safe than sorry.
