puppy choking

I woke up this morning and my puppy was choking.

I don't know what on. She is breathing again but she just lays there. I tried to give her water she didn't drink at all, and her breathing doesn't sound the same.

She is also grunting please help.

I'm sorry, this isn't the type of situation or question that can be dealt with online. You need to get your puppy to a veterinarian right away.

Even though she's not actively choking right now, she could have something lodged in her throat/trachea and it sounds as though she's definitely still having difficulty.

Please get her emergency vet help now. I wish you the best of luck and hope that she makes a full recovery.
