puppy coughing and thowing up phlegm

I have a 5 month old King Charles Cavalier who occasionally coughs like she has something stuck in her throat but then her bottom jaw starts to shake.

She also has been sick 3 times since this started happening 3 days ago but all she throws up is phlegm.

She seems fine in herself and she is still eating and drinking fine.

Could this just be she has just ate something in the garden that she should or could it be more??

This is something I'd have your veterinarian check out because it's possible that she's sick or has ingested something that has caused her to feel bad.

As it's been several days since she started behaving like this, it's important that you get a professional veterinary evaluation soon, so that you can find out what's causing her symptoms and get treatment started if necessary.

It's always better to be safe than sorry in situations like this and the sooner you get a diagnosis the better. Treating a problem early is always better than coming to it later, as the treatment is usually faster and less expensive.
