Puppy food poisioning

I have a 6 months pit bull puppy. He got food poisioning and has been with diarrhea and vomiting for 3 nights already, but now he started vomiting clear fluid.

He hasn't been eating,and he only drink a little bit of water..What can i do to make him feel better??

Unless your veterinarian has specifically diagnosed food poisoning, then I wouldn't be at all sure that's the problem. However, if he did, then you need to take your pup back to him/her as there are medications that can help alleviate the vomiting.

Your pup is also probably dehydrated by now, which can cause serious health issues in itself. He likely needs an IV for fluids to help him get better.

There are all sorts of dog illnesses that puppies are vulnerable to (especially if they haven't had all their puppy shots), including Canine Parvovirus. Many of these have vomiting and diarrhea as major symptoms.

Please get your puppy to a veterinarian immediately so that he can get all the help he needs. Best of luck, hope he makes a full recovery.
