My puppy won't eat is weak and whines constantly, what's wrong?

I'm afraid I'm not a veterinarian and there's no way that I can tell what's wrong with your pup this way.

You need to have him seen by a veterinarian right away as if he's not eating and is whining a lot then he's in pain or distress. He could be suffering from an injury of some kind, or one of the common, contagious (and often serious) dog illnesses that pups are prone to.

Please get him to your vet asap. Best of luck, hope the little guy is doing much better soon.
