puppy joint question

I have a puppy that has one front leg with an angle and the other is straight.

Is there something wrong or what causes this.

This isn't normal. I don't know how old the puppy is, or whether he's been like this since birth, but I would suggest you have your vet take a look at him.

Sometimes a puppy can be born with a malformed leg, perhaps due to a genetic problem, or it could be caused by being really crowded in the womb (if it was a large litter) so that the leg was forced to grow in an odd position.

What exactly is wrong with this pup, and what treatment options you have would be a question for your vet. It may be quite simple... or not.
