puppy leaking urine

Puppies don't have the best bladder control, and small breeds can't 'hold it' for long. However, leaking urine while asleep isn't normal.

I would recommend taking your puppy to the veterinarian for a check up. It could be that he/she has a urinary tract infection that is causing a sudden and strong urge to urinate. There are also other possibilities.

Your vet will be able to make a diagnosis and treat your puppy if necessary, so I'd definitely recommend that you make an appointment for her to be examined.
