How often should my chihuahua urinate? she is 11 months and she used to go outside easily.

Now that we got a new puppy she is trying to go inside and if she is kept from tries to hold urine and stool for long periods of time.

is there anything i can do to make her go?

Your older pup is feeling stressed about the new puppy's arrival, and this is a kind of instinctive reaction - not unusual.

Continue to discourage her from urinating indoors, you don't want her to break the good potty habits she has already learned. However, there's really not anything you can do to 'make' her eliminate. She will go when she has to.

This behavior will probably not last too long, once she adjusts to the new puppy and feels more secure again, she will go back to her old habits.
