why does my pup shake her head, and thick water and slime comes out of her mouth and nose and keeps sneezing?

Your puppy is clearly sick, and needs to be seen by a veterinarian immediately. These symptoms could be caused by a number of dog illnesses and only a vet can make an accurate diagnosis.

Please get your pup to a vet right away, it sounds as though he's already quite sick and needs help now. Best of luck, I hope you get him the help he needs and that he makes a full recovery.
