puppy sticks it's tongue out and won't nurse

My puppy is lethargic and weak and seem to stick his tongue out always but do not want to nurse:(

When i took him to the vet he drank his milk but when we got home he doesn't want to eat again.

This puppy is in trouble and needs help. I'm not sure how old he is, but if he's under 3 - 4 weeks of age and isn't nursing at all then he is at serious risk of dehydration that will lead to organ failure and death.

I also don't know what the veterinarian found when he examined him or what his recommendations were, but if you're not able to get this pup to drink then he needs to go back to your vet right away.

New born puppies are quite fragile and need a constant temperature and a lot of fluids, if they don't get that then they don't thrive.
