puppy vomiting yellow foam, won't eat, drags butt on ground after pooping

My 15 week old puppy had been vomiting all day yesterday and today. she hasn't ate yesterday or today. she drags her butt on ground after she poops but there are no visible worms in her poop.

what could be wrong with her? and is there something i can get her to eat or drink? i'm worried about dehydration.

You're right to be worried about dehydration, in fact your pup is probably already dehydrated. If she's only vomiting foam now it's because there is nothing left in her little tummy!

It's absolutely vital that you get her to a veterinarian immediately. It's impossible to say exactly what is wrong with her, but she's clearly very sick and needs hands-on veterinary help right now.

Please, get her to a vet asap or she could quiet easily die. Best of luck, hope she's doing much better soon.
