puppy with front legs bent oddly...
my puppy has started to bend her front legs funny. it is if her "wrist" is bent forward and her feet are kinda bent underneath.....any ideas?
Yes, actually. You've described something called 'knuckling over' and it's most often happens in large or giant breed dogs.
It's caused by a dietary imbalance, inadequate nutrition, or too much (or too little) of certain nutrients.
It can be treated if caught early on by correcting the diet. Sometimes a pup needs to have her/his 'wrists' wrapped to keep them in the right position. A vet can show you how to do this.
I strongly recommend that you take your pup to your veterinarian for an examination to make sure that this IS what's happening and for advice.
Also, check out this webpage as it has tons of tips, advice and information on this condition ...
