puppy won't eat, lethargic, tongue hanging out 11 days old was fine yesterday?

What happened? Is there anything I can do? Puppy is an orphan.

I'm afraid a situation like this needs urgent veterinary help.

In new born puppies these sort of symptoms indicate severe distress, and if she doesn't/can't eat she'll get dehydrated and chilled, and that is likely to lead to death I'm afraid.

Raising orphaned pups can be tricky, and it could be that she's contracted an infection, inhaled some of her milk and developed pneumonia, or it could be a congenital problem (although if she's been find up until now this third option is less likely)

I can only recommend that you have her examined by a vet asap. I wish you the best of luck and hope that this little girl recovers.
