Hi Lea
If your puppy is suffering from repeated episodes of diarrhea, and she is skinny, there is something wrong.

Dogs don't digest cows milk properly and it will give your puppy diarrhea. As she is already having problems this will just make things worse.

At 8 weeks old a puppy doesn't need milk, she should get her nutrition from her food. However, there is obviously something wrong here and she needs to see a veterinarian right away.

It's possible that she has worms, an infection or disease, metabolic disorder.... it could be one of several things. The only way to find out for sure is to take your pup to a vet, and the sooner the better.

Young puppies can get very sick, very fast, and a puppy who is having repeated diarrhea is at risk for dehydration. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

I wish you the best of luck and hope your puppy is feeling much better soon.
