red bumps on my 8 week old boxer

my 8 week old white boxer has all the sudden started getting red bumps everywhere and i'm not sure what i should do?

I'm not sure exactly what kind of 'bumps' are appearing on your puppy, but

.... if they're tiny pimples, starting on his face/head/front legs and accompanied by some hair loss and possibly itching, then it could be a parasitic infection such as Mange.

.... if they're large bumps, like hives, then it could be an allergic reaction. Dog allergies are more common than many people think, and it could be an allergy to a food ingredient, something he's come in contact with, an insect bite/sting or a reaction to his a vaccination (if he had his puppy shots shortly before you noticed the bumps.

There are other possibilities too, but it's impossible for me to say what's wrong, so I'd recommend getting him to your vet for a check up.

If the bumps ARE like 'hives' and he has generalized swelling around the head/face, seems lethargic or has difficulty breathing then you need emergency veterinary help as he could be having a life-threatening allergic response.
