red sores with yellow puss on my dog

My dog is a male.

I found red bumps with yellow puss and so dried out ones that look like danruff??? What is it???

Sounds like an infection of some kind, could be a staph infection. When there is redness and pus involved it's likely that antibiotics are needed to combat the infection.

I'd strongly suggest having your vet take a look so that you can find out exactly what is causing the problem and get the right treatment.
