Rottweiler pup with sensitive stomach and very lethargic

Hi,

Our puppy is 15 weeks old. He is having problems standing and when he walks he is swaying. He did not eat much but drinks a lot of water. His stomach is sensitive to the touch. He was tested for parvo which was negative.

I am worried that he will not make it through the night.

This pup needs to go back to the veterinarian immediately - on an emergency basis. The symptoms you describe mean something is seriously wrong and only a vet can make a diagnosis.

If it's not Parvo, your vet needs to find out what it IS and get him the treatment he needs asap. His stomach being sensitive to the touch could possibly indicate an obstruction of some sort and that is always an emergency situation.

If you're not happy with the vet you are currently using, or they can't help, find another one right away, or even a 24 hour animal emergency hospital. Your little guy needs help and he's relying on you to get it for him.
