What a joy it was to welcome such a precious life into our family. Scooter couldn't be love any more than a real human baby! She is just like her name...scooting all over and looking for someone to pick her up!But I found it hard to get my share of the loving because her daddy just didn't want to put her down. Please vote for this spunky little puppy on the Outer Banks. She was certainly blessed to have been adopted by a family that will take the best of care with her...but you can also be sure that she has changed new home to where she is certainly the center of attention!
